This Swim the Lochs adventure follows a combination of the Woodland and Scrubland trails, gently climbing beside a delightful cascading burn as it flows through native woodland, beneath mighty oaks and rich mossy ground. A slow, mindful walk designed to help you step away from everyday demands and reconnect with nature.

For those who wish, there is the optional opportunity to dip in hidden pools of the Cordorcan Burn — a secluded wild swimming experience in fresh, flowing water. Access to the burn requires careful scarbling over uneven ground, so participants must be sure-footed and confident on rough terrain.

We finish by visiting an otter pool on the River Cree, taking time to pause, observe and enjoy this tranquil riverside setting.
